Intellias is looking for a smart linguist with a passion for writing who will help us craft company-wide documentation on our corporate information systems and business processes.
Building a great user assistance through quality documentation and communication is key to our success at Documentation team and your work will directly impact that goal. You will closely collaborate with Business Process Analysts, engineers, and process owners to dive deeply into how our systems and processes work, and develop documentation that makes that user experience easy and welcoming.
This position within the Documentation team presents a unique and rare opportunity to experience and document the changes that ensure sustainability and competitiveness of our company.
Project Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Deliver policies, standards, instructions, newsletters, articles, built-in announcements, email communication, surveys, UI texts, and more.
- Estimate and review documentation deliverables.
- Work closely with SMEs to ensure the content top accuracy and quality.
- Design graphics and diagrams to simplify complicated concepts.
- Develop video tutorials to speed up the software learning curve.
- Deliver clear UI text.
- Contribute to polishing the in-house documentation standards, practices, and procedures.
Requirements:
- C1 level of English.
- BA/BS in English, Telecom, IT, or a certificate in business writing.
- Experience in technical or process documentation development proven with your writing portfolio.
- Hands-on experience in the industry-standard authoring tools, diagramming and screen capturing tools to deliver content across mobile, web, desktop, and print.
- Solid experience in managing content in Confluence.
- Analytical thinking and content architecture skills.
- Strong drafting, copy editing and proofreading expertise.
- Solid knowledge of key technical publication style manuals.
- Perfect interviewing, time management and multitasking skills.
- Fast learner capable of acquiring new expertise.
